Issue with list archiving?

Hi, BaseX team.
Is there a problem with the archiving of this list? I sent a message to this list today and received it by email, but I don't see it in https://mailman.uni-konstanz.de/mailman3/hyperkitty/list/basex-talk at mailman.uni-konstanz.de/2026/8/
Also, the archive is missing Ash Clark's message from August 6 (subject "Inspection module permissions?"), which was 3 days ago.
I found a different view of the archive that does show my post, so I have a workaround, but I thought I should report the possible archiving issue in case it isn't already known.

…so I assume they will also appear in the mailman.uni-konstanz.de archive.
But indeed I cannot find my reply to Ash in both archives, and I haven’t seen a reply from her.
Maybe I should talk to the admins of the list. Maybe a stricter filter is used. We had to limit the access to new users of the list by ourselves, in order to block spammers.

Thanks, Christian. Your mention of spam reminded me of a problem I had last year with a different mailing list. The system used SpamAssassin to compute some kind of "spam rating" for my email address. As a result, even when my first message as a new subscriber was approved by a human moderator, the message wasn't handled correctly by the system until someone applied a workaround. I mention this in case it has any similarities with the problem we're seeing here.
