Hello,
I’m trying to keep up to date with BaseX and test integrating the BaseX snapshot versions (at the moment 7.8 beta) into our environment. Here is my question: How do I build the structure that can be downloaded from the website containing all files and folders. Running e.g. mvn package yields only the API and core jar files. What am I missing?
Best regards
Stefan

Hi Stefan,
we use custom scripts to build the distribution files. There are some plans to fully convert this build process to Maven, but this would currently take too much time.

This call also triggers the dependency plugin, which copies all required libraries into the lib/ directory. All other files in the release packages are rarely changed and optional, so this may already be all you need.
Best,
Christian

Written for BaseX 7.7. BaseX may have changed since: please check the current documentation.
