Hi,
I am considering using BaseX for building a large-scale XML search/parsing for
*Hebrew* documents - (Hebrew - a right-to-left language).
Does anyone have any experience with right-to-left langauges? Hebrew?
Should I expect problems with that?
With regards,
Rot Eron.

שלום Rot,
XQuery as a language should work perfectly fine with right-to-left languages, and I know that people have successfully used BaseX to process Persian texts. I guess the main question is what you are exactly planning to do. – Have you already done some simple tests? If you encounter problems parsing Hebrew texts, feel free to give us more details.
Cheers,
Christian

Written for BaseX 7.8. BaseX may have changed since: please check the current documentation.
