Hi, Using the latest 8.4 beta: the following code runs ok in the GUI *unparsed-text("http://www.xqueryfunctions.com/xq/functx-1.0-doc-2007-01.xq <http://www.xqueryfunctions.com/xq/functx-1.0-doc-2007-01.xq>")* But when run from the web /dba/queries gives the FOUT1170 error*.* $href looks like an absolute URI to me [1] /Andy [1] https://www.w3.org/TR/xpath-functions-31/#func-unparsed-text

Hi Andy, Does the error also occur when running the query with admin permissions (see DBA, Settings)? If yes, I may need to check if we can return a better error. If no, I’ll need to dig deeper. Thanks in advance, Christian

Hi Christian, Yes this is as admin, with admin permissions in settings. Reducing the settings permission to *read *gives: [bxerr:BXXQ0003] create permission required. /Andy
