Via a python client, I am looping through a set of 600 xml files and issuing REPLACE commands to store them in my BaseX db. All was well until I reached file #364, at which point the program crashed with Java.lang.RuntimeException: "insertion at beginning of populated table." I am using BaseX 7.7 beta. I guess I shouldn't be using beta?

Hi Nicholas, to be honest, we didn’t encounter this problem before.. Did you manage to reproduce this problem? If yes, could you provide us with the test data (which will of course be handled confidentially) or create a smaller example that ends up with the same error? Best, Christian
