I've looked through the documentation but cannot find out how to do this. How do I change the path in which to store the basex files for a particular database? For example, if I create this database,
create db test.xml test
the basex files are, by default, stored in ~/BaseXData. How do I change this?

Hi Travis,
the path of the BaseX data directory can be set in the preferences (GUI version) or in your ~/.basex config file:
DBPATH = /Users/lemke/BaseXData
This changes the global path for all databases. Previously created databases must to be manually moved to the new location.

Written for BaseX 6. BaseX may have changed since: please check the current documentation.
