Binding Object Through Java

Hi, I am using BaseX 8.0.1 version. I am using basex in in-memory embedded mode. I am running a program in Java. My Query execution is taking almost two second, out of which binding Iter to the QueryExecuter is taking almost a second. If i can reduce the binding time, It would boost performance significantly. What step should i take to reduce the same. let me know, What other details you would like to have from me. Thanks

How does your query look like? How much time does it take to evaluate it on command line or the GUI? What is the query info output? Best, Christian
