This [[Module Library|XQuery Module]] provides functions for converting HTML to XML. Conversion will only take place if [http://vrici.lojban.org/~cowan/XML/tagsoup/ TagSoup] is included in the classpath (see [[Parsers#HTML Parser|HTML Parsing]] for more details).
