On the welcome page, you will need to authenticate yourself by entering a username and password. The default user is {{Code|admin}}/{{Code|admin}}; after the first login, it should be changed in via the Users panel. Only admin users are allowed. By specifying a host and port, you can communicate with a remote BaseX server instance. If you keep the field empty, you will be connected to the local BaseX instance.
