The GUI of BaseX and the standalone client and the GUI of BaseX are not synchronized, as they allwith other BaseX instanceswork in different JVMs (virtual Java machines). If you plan to concurrently readand write your data, you need to resort to the same databaseinstances, the client/server architecture is mandatory! You may encounter unexpected.behaviorNote that, in the worst case, and your databases might even get corrupt, if you use BaseX instancesthat run in different Java VMsand try to enforce updates.
