BaseX 9.2.1: Maintenance Release

Dear all,

A new BaseX maintenance release is available:

- GUI: Parsing of project files has become faster and smarter. - RESTXQ: Custom reponses are now sent as streams. - Performance tweaks (static typing: typeswitch, instance of). - Minor bugs have been fixed.
